The actual weight of the item is 3.2kg, which differs from the advertised weight of 5kg. In terms of quality, it is average but offers good value for its price. I would however recommend getting the Olympic dumbbell bar set from Torpedo7 since it is a true 5kg in weight and offers much better quality, but slightly more expensive.
